I want to share with you a great promise from the Bible that I believe we should all engrave on the tablets of our hearts. It's one of those promises you can rely on when times are tough or when it feels like life is empty and bleak. And I'll be the first to admit that throughout the course of my life, I have frequently turned to this promise in trying circumstances.
Romans chapter eight, verses 38 through 39, includes this promise. According to the Bible, nothing—not even death, not even life, not even angels or demons, not even the principalities, not even the future, not even any powers, not even height or depth or anything else in all creation—can ever be able to keep us from God's love.
That is in our Lord and Savior, Christ. For a number of reasons, this chapter of scripture is significant. Keep in mind that nothing can keep us from God's love when times are tough. Never forget that nothing can keep us from God's love, even when we feel mistreated or isolated by the world. When you feel Satan and his forces attempting to drag you down, when you are being attacked, when you are under siege, Keep in mind that nothing can ever separate us from God's love. And I'll tell you, there will be times when we doubt God's presence. But keep in mind the pledge. Keep in mind this love pledge. Nothing. Exactly nothing.
Nothing, neither visible nor invisible, can ever take away God's love from us. Saints, our God loves us more than we can possibly comprehend. And he has extended his grace to us as we travel through life. He has been merciful to us. He has not only saved us, but he has also allowed us to embrace it as our own. Nothing can keep us apart from God's love. Let me tell you something, saints. God doesn't have anything to gain by tricking us, God is not a man, and thus he cannot lie.
The Bible asks, "Has he ever made a commitment and not kept it? The only time we are lost is when we are saints. We only experience a disadvantage when we decide not to put our faith in the Lord. We as believers ought to be steadfast because of His constancy. Hebrews 4:13 states that nothing is hidden from God's sight. However, everyone is exposed before God's eyes and must account for their actions. The Lord is powerfully present. Because there is nothing you can hide from God when you are in his presence.
There is nothing that can be concealed from the Lord and God's presence, including sin, secrets, unclean thoughts, and selfish intentions. You could find freedom. You have the ability to relax and find tranquility. I, therefore, urge you to seek the presence of God above all else in his presence for all the things you are seeking in this world. We are shielded. We experience spirit-renewal. Join me in prayer now. We are grateful that you made yourself available to us, Holy Father. Your command is found in Jeremiah 29, verse 13. We will locate you if we actively seek you out.
I appreciate that we don't need to say anything special. We are grateful that there are no special rites we must follow to be certain of your presence. We don't have to behave well in order to catch your attention. But all we have to do is really seek you. And we'll track you down for Jesus. I appreciate having you in my life. There would be no life without you. Without your presence, Lord, there is no healing and no hope. You have the power to transform. You have the power to heal and replenish. Lord Jesus, I can be renewed and revived in your presence. So, you're necessary in our life. I am the vine; you are the branches, says your word in John 15, verse 5. The person who produces a lot of fruit is the one who abides in Me and I in him. There is nothing you can do without me. Lord, keep me in your presence always. Please draw my attention to my surroundings. And in those times when I feel alone, please tell me that you would never intentionally leave me. And you won't ever. I need just to call out your name to receive your heavenly protection when I'm in need. Please, Holy Spirit, deeply enter my heart. occupy my life in such a way that those around me may perceive the transformation taking place inside of me. And I want everything to be for the benefit of Jesus Christ. May I spend so much time in the Lord's presence that I am able to change the mood of my house? Lord, please surround me with your presence so that every buried spirit of despair and negativity be expelled in the name of Jesus. Bring light, Father, where there is darkness. Bring calm where there is wrath. Bring healing where there is suffering. Speak to every shattered heart, tend to it, and surround the poor in spirit with your love and consolation. May we be transformed by your presence, made stronger, and given love in our families.
Lord, soften our hearts that we could promptly respond to your call. Until we submit to your wonderful redemptive power, let the Holy Spirit condemn us. I offer prayers for everyone who hears me. May your presence heal suffering families and rebuild strained connections. Father, your love envelops every transgression. When no one else is able to protect our souls and bear our pains, you bring reconciliation. Nothing less than the entire force of your Holy Presence will do, Father. It must be made known in my life, I desire. And if you can bring the dead back to life in this world, there is nothing you cannot accomplish. You are capable of any miracle. I therefore invite you to enter my life right now and to live as you please. I want you to be in charge. Every issue in this broken world has a solution in you. I have faith that you can do all of these things and so much more, Lord. Thank you, God, for answering my prayer. And I offer a prayer of appreciation and expectation in the name of Jesus. Amen.
